We only have to look at the fallen leaders of brand-name companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Home Depot and Chrysler to know that even the smartest boards and recruiters have yet to define what makes a great leader. Sounds like this book could offer them some guidance!</description>

		<description>I so agree with your ideas of spicing things up in meetings. In strategic planning sessions I always include at least three games, all having to do with the project at hand. For example, tossing a soft ball (like a &quot;Nerf&quot; ball) to participants is a fun way to quickly come up with ideas always result in workable plans.</description>
