Leadership, as Defined by Generation Y Women on Fast Company

Great post on Fast Company from April 8:  Leadership, as Defined by Generation Y Women
“Generation Y workers seem much more fixated with trying to make the world a better place than previous generations. Increasingly, students fresh out of college and MBA graduates want to work for socially responsible companies.”

I was just commenting yesterday that I am curious to see where leadership goes in the next 5-7 years.  So many of the leadership practices are tired and worn out.   Of course, when it comes to social responsibility, companies are going to need to be walking the walk…not just talking the talk (which comes out in this article.).
